As I approached 30 earlier this year I became afraid that things would start going downhill if I didn't start exercising and taking better care of myself. My diet was already fairly good and I definitely didn't have a weight problem. In fact I have the opposite problem of most women in that I'm very thin. It is very hard for me to gain weight. My goal was actually to look bigger. Being very self-conscience I started looking around for a woman's only gym in my area to see if this could be accomplished. Christine responded to my e-mail right away with an enthusiastic "Yes, of course we can help you!"

I opted for some personal training sessions as I had never been to a gym and did not have the faintest idea of what to do. This helped immensely as the trainers designed a program specifically to help me achieve my goals. They walked my through it and taught me how to do the exercises and use the machines. They were all very knowledgeable and I never felt intimidated.

In only two short months, my lean body mass has increased by 4 lbs. I'm stronger and have much more energy. I don't even need as much sleep as I use to. In fact, I have trouble sleeping if I don't incorporate exercise into my day.

Joining Christine's was the best thing I could ever do for MYSELF. I am now on a healthier path and hope my new love of fitness will sustain me for the rest of my years.
