Joining
Christine's is probably the best decision I made this year. I know that there is no way that I could have lost 54 pounds without
Christine's.

Christine has all the bases covered: diet, exercise plan, supervision, encouragement and even relaxation. She explained to me, how to eat, the importance of protein and how calorie intake interacts with my exercise program for maximum weight loss. I believe that if I hadn't lost weight as quickly as I did on
Christine's program, it would have become very discouraging and I might have lost my motivation. Christine has developed the perfect combination diet and exercise that lets you loose wight fast - but still keep it off.

The environment is exceptional. It is friendly and relaxing as well as exquisitely decorated and luxurious.

Before loosing wieght and getting into shape, I was very intimidated by gyms because I didn't know how to use the equipment. But Christine makes you feel comfortable right away, which is a big encouragement to come. It has meant a lot to me. Coming to
Christine's has become a pleasure, as opposed to an obligation. The members are friendly and encouraging and
Christine's not only has just about every piece of equipment you can imagine, she also has equipment designed especially for women (and that targets zones we hate). I would fervently recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape, loose weight or just improve their health regardless of their size, age or shape.
