Years of running and working out on my own resulted in me needing to wear a knee brace to exercise or play sports. In fact, the only way I could go downstairs was to lean on the railing. I also have a couple of discs in my back that would slip 2 or 3 times a year causing intense pain and making it almost impossible to walk, let alone exercise for several weeks.

I'm happy to say that because of working with a personal trainer off and on at
Christine's, my quads have become so strong that after 25 years I no longer require the knee brace and I can actually run down the stairs without the railing for support. I have not had a back "episode" for almost 2 years - for the first time in 20 years.

Added to those wonderful benefits, I am regularly complimented on how toned and fit I am. I am also maintaining a healthy weight.

Christine's staff is knowledgeable, helpful and approachable and I feel comfortable in asking them anything.
