I've been a member of Christine's for a number of years and have always appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the "no pressure" atmosphere. Initially all I was interested in were the Pilates classes (Samantha's the best!) but when my best friend asked me to be her Maid of Honour and wanted me to wear a sleeveless dress, I felt I had to do something about my flabby arms - for the sake of a good wedding photo if nothing else.

With this goal in mind and just three months to the wedding I went to Christine for help. She assigned Linda to be my Personal Trainer, who put me on a "Turbulence Training" program.

The results were incredible! Not only did my arms take on a whole new shape - quite attractive I might add - but I lost weight and toned up my entire body. It was really just a matter of weeks after I started training that I noticed my clothes getting looser and my legs, arms, and abdomen feeling much firmer.

I continue to feel fantastic ... stronger and confident and inspired to stick with the program. Who knew that lifting weights could give you such a high?

I strongly believe that Christine takes a personal interest in the health and fitness goals of all of her members, which is why I'm delighted to share my story.
