Joining Christine's Fitness has been one of the best decisions I made late last year. I want to thank Christine and Liz for helping me exceed my goals. I had wanted to lose some weight and I had tried doing it myself and at other fitness clubs with no success. So when I heard of Christine's Fitness, I decided to try the No BS Group Training for a month. I loved the training sessions and the environment so much that I decided to join. In January, I signed up for the challenge to lose some weight and tone up a bit and imagine my surprise at the weigh-in when I realized that I had already lost 5 pounds by just attending the training on a regular basis. The challenge was so much fun and Liz and Christine were always there to answer any questions that I had on the meal plans. They also gave me a lot of support and advice that is valuable for every day living. I lost 6 pounds and 12 ½ inches in 4 weeks!! After the challenge it was such a great feeling being able to fit back in my clothes and I even had to go shopping for new clothes as some of my old ones were too big. Participating in the challenge not only helped me look my best but I also learned how to eat right for life and how to properly shop for healthy groceries.
